Brothers and Sisters,

We look forward to seeing you at the IBEW Local Union 606 CMC Meeting on Disney Property.  Below you will find some important information.  

IBEW Local Union 606 Business agents will be on property and available from 8:00AM to 4:00PM at the NABTU Trailer P-17 (a map is attached) on Wednesday, February 14, 2024. This will be a good opportunity for you to ask any questions you have concerning the union or any other issues.  You should be receiving this notice by email monthly.  If you do not receive this by email, please call the union hall and update your contact information.

Can’t make it or have questions, email the union anytime, info@ibew606.org.  Do not use company devices for personal use or for contacting the union.  

There continues to be a number of situations with the operations cast members and leaders.  Some regarding sexual harassment while others are work practices.  Please mind your work and stay away from the operations cast.  Put in place the Time-Out and S.T.O.P. (Stop, Think, Observe, Plan) cards if necessary.  Do not rush during 101 situations.  Always Work safely.  

Reminders:

WHEN YOUR SHIFT IS OVER, CLOCK OUT AND GO HOME.  DO NOT WAIT BY THE CLOCK TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OVERTIME.  YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO DISCIPLINE.

Wear your PPE and LOCK OUT/TAG OUT when working on electrical equipment.
